Package Components

• Airport meet and greet – by Nirvana Europe staff
• Return airport transfers – including your bike box/bag
• 7 nights accommodation at one of two hotels ideally located for the event site
• Breakfast – including breakfast on race day morning from 4 am
• Event transfers for athletes & spectators to registration, English race briefing, bike racking & event day
• Nirvana Europe ground support – experienced Nirvana staff will be in Switzerland providing all the support you need throughout your stay

Accommodation Overview
For the event we use two hotels which are sold out a year in advance; we contract a large allocation of rooms for our athletes and spectators so that you will be staying in a hotel with fellow competitors.  For both hotels we run a full programme of event transfers as mentioned above.

The first hotel is the Ibis Hotel which is a typically standard Ibis hotel and is literally the closest hotel with walking distance being approximately 15-20minutes; there is also a good tram connection into Zurich.

The Seehotel in Horgen is a lovely hotel in a lovely setting down the lake from the event site, approximately 8KM.  Very close to the hotel is a very good rail link to both the event site (train station is within the event site) and Zurich of which, if you wish, you are able to take your bike on the train.  Horgen is a town full of amenities including shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.
