Accommodation Overview
With the event in the small town of Roth (only 25,000 inhabitants), accommodation in the town has proved to be impossible to contract.  Ideally everyone wants to be close to the event site, but where this is impossible, rather than accommodate clients in isolated, remote locations we prefer to use hotels in towns with social facilities and provide all of the transport connections necessary to link to the event site.  On this occasion, we have chosen the historic city of Nuremberg as our base.

The Leonardo Hotel Nuremberg is situated in a quiet side street next to Nuremberg Central Railway Station. The hotel is in a central location: the picturesque Old Town, the historic Castle Quarter (Burgviertel), the famous city wall and the pedestrian’s zone can all be reached quickly on foot.  103 modern and comfortably furnished rooms await you in the Leonardo Hotel Nuremberg.  The outstanding facilities will satisfy the most discerning guests and ensure a pleasant stay in a tranquil ambience.  Each room has a shower and WC, desk, direct telephone, internet access, pay TV and SAT TV.

Event transfers
Of course we realise that Nuremberg is some 20KM from Roth and therefore the tour will provide a full transport, event plan, taking in all of the event related activity.  Although to be confirmed, the transport plan will run along the lines of the following:

Friday 10th July 2010
AM: Transfers from Hotel in Nuremberg to Roth for registration and visit the Expo and triathlon Park
PM (1): Transfers from Roth back to hotel in Nuremberg
PM (2): Return transfers to Carbo Party

Saturday 11th July 2010
AM:Transfers from hotel to Roth for registration, Expo, bike check-in and English race Briefing
PM: Transfers from Roth to Hotel

Sunday 12th July 2010
AM: Transfers to race start
PM: transfers after the race back to hotel via shuttle bus service
